By accessing or using the Vatsa AI platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those who are simply browsing.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are solely responsible for all content you input, upload, or generate using the Service. You must not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.

• You agree not to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on others' rights
• Attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service for automated decision‑making that could cause harm
• Impersonate any person or entity.

Vatsa AI provides responses generated by artificial intelligence. These responses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI‑generated content. You use such content at your own risk.

While we strive to improve the accuracy of our AI, the Service may produce incorrect, misleading, or biased outputs. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or reliability of the Service. You are encouraged to verify critical information independently.

If you access the Service via our API, you agree to comply with our API usage policies, including rate limits, authentication requirements, and acceptable use. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if we detect excessive or improper usage.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Each paid plan is bought with a single payment that gives 30 days of access; nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and you authorise the charge when you complete checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. We may change our prices for future purchases with reasonable notice.

All charges are non‑refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Displayed prices include applicable taxes. If we are unable to process your payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a charge, provided you have not used the paid features in that period. After that window, payments are non‑refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5‑10 business days to appear. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, trademarks, and content (other than user‑generated content), is the property of Vatsa AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs, but you grant us a licence to use your content to operate and improve the Service.

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if we are required to do so by law. We will attempt to notify you of the suspension and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may also terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vatsa AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; or (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
